A complete electrical installation as part of the refurbishment of the Dick Lovett BMW showroom in Hungerford, working in partnership with LSC Electrical to deliver this high-profile project. The refurbishment involved the transformation and modernisation of the existing showroom and associated facilities, requiring a carefully coordinated electrical installation to integrate new systems with the existing building infrastructure.
Our electrical package included power distribution, architectural and general lighting, emergency lighting, fire alarm systems, data and communications, EV charging infrastructure and associated electrical services. Working within an existing commercial environment presented additional coordination requirements, with our teams working closely with the wider project team to minimise disruption and ensure the works were delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.
From initial strip-out and first-fix works through to final testing, commissioning and handover we maintained a strong focus on quality, precision and attention to detail. The completed refurbishment provides a modern, high-quality electrical infrastructure within a premium BMW showroom and demonstrates our experience in delivering complex electrical installations within live commercial refurbishment projects.
